Long-term successful cooperation between Rapidex and Hengst is a mutual satisfaction, and the most beneficiaries are customers. They were the guests at the presentation before the cargo filter program “Blue.Maxx” of the famous German manufacturer, organized in our company.
– It is about the application of new technology in the filtration and fuel pre-filtration, which provides its better quality in the engine. In this way, service intervals are extended, thus automatically gaining greater economic efficiency. Our analyzes have shown that due to poor fuel, there were frequent motor failures that required high cash costs. That’s why we decided to do something like this for our customers, explains Rok Kern from Hengst, who was a lecturer at the presentation.
“Blue.Maxx” has a universal case for different dimensions of the filter cartridge, which significantly reduces the investment, as the servers from Rapidex’s “Friend on the Road” network, who participated in the presentation, were convinced. They showed great interest and satisfaction shown because they know that the smallest particle of water in the combustion system damages valves and the entire system.
Bluee.Maxx is a system that can be installed on all types of vehicles. It is used for separating dust and water from the fuel system. This is important for new types of engines such as the Euro 6, which have low tolerance to water and dust in the fuel.
Blue.Maxx has an indicator with the water level that has been filtered. There is also a sensor that allows you to see the water tank filled on the instrument panel. It also contains a fuel-saving pump manually. Unlike the previous membrane, it has a piston, which makes it easy to differentiate. It also has a preheater for fuel heating, which is important especially in winter conditions.
It’s about a brand new product that will be on sale soon. Of course, it will immediately be found in Rapidex stock. Test production has been completed and will soon be in the aftermarket warehouse.
